Financial AccountantCirca £50,000 per annumLondonWe are currently recruiting exclusively for an experienced finance and accounting manager for this interesting not for profit organisation - as the Financial Accountant/Finance Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations and all accounting activities across the organisationReporting to the Finance Director, this Finance Manager role will be hands on and a varied role, the main responsibilities will include:Maintain and reconcile all the transactional accounting activities, including purchase and sales ledger, reconciliations and sales invoicesMaintain and reconcile the petty cash and staff expense processing including personal and company credit card transactionsPrepare and submit monthly payroll instructions to the bureau, post payroll journals and reconcile salary control accountsPrepare and submit quarterly VAT returns and reconcile control accountsFixed Assets -maintain the fixed asset register and reconcile fixed asset balances to the nominal ledgerPrepare quarterly accruals and prepayments and post journals, complete year-end routines and post-audit adjustmentsProduce financial analysis for income streams and assist with preparation of quarterly management accountsRequirements for this role:An experienced and/or part- qualified accountant with significant experienceStrong finance accounting and transactional finance experienceProven experience preparing reconciliations, journals, accruals and p
