Conduct data analysis to support merchant growth strategies for home and living and 3C categoriesTrack and analyze initiatives not limited to seller missions, live sessions and advertisement revenue to support growth of merchants and attainment of platform objectivesSupport in data analysis to provide detailed weekly updates for team meetingsConduct in-depth data analysis to unveil insights to support operations growthConduct monitoring of projects and recapping of projectsStreamlining complex processes through simplified SOPsQualifications
Minimum QualificationsGraduated in 2025 or about to graduate early 2026/ Undergraduate in a leading universitySome understanding, interest or exposure to TikTok ShopAbility to set priorities, multi-task and work independentlySome experience, interest or exposure to influencing cross-functional teamsStrong written and oral communication skills, the ability to influence others and be a resourceful problem solverExcellent communication and interpersonal skills- a ''can-do'' attitudeClear communicator, capable of explaining complex concepts simplyPreferred QualificationsPrevious internship in a technology company, preferably in operations roleAbility and desire to solve complex problems with data and quantitative analytical experienceAbilities to self-motivate and prioritise workExperience or proven interest in working with e-commerceA commercial mindset with a passion for delivering against stretching performance goals and proving brand valueAbout TikTok
