Responsibilities

Perform routine tasks to assist the people we support in all aspects of their life that they need assistance.

Assist in supporting individuals in designing and developing their support/care plans and reviews, and contribute to the monitoring of individuals progress.

Report any issues to the appropriate personnel.

Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.

Non-British citizen applicants are required to undertake an English language assessment as part of the recruitment process.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
