We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of a high-quality construction project.This is a senior, hands-on position suited to someone who is confident taking ownership of site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered to an exceptionally high standard.The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and will play a key role in maintaining programme, quality, health and safety and overall project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day running of the site.Coordinate subcontractors, trades, labour, suppliers and deliveries.Monitor progress against programme and ensure key deadlines are achieved.Maintain exceptionally high standards of quality and workmanship.Manage site health and safety and ensure all procedures are followed.Review and interpret drawings, specifications and construction information.Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the wider project team.Identify and resolve issues affecting progress, quality or delivery.Manage inspections, snagging and completion works.Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme.Maintain accurate site records and documentation.Provide regular updates on progress, risks and any issues requiring attention.About YouThe ideal candidate will be an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Manager with a strong background in bespoke, high-end ..... full job details .....
