Retail Associate (Freelance - As Required)

Our temporary retail popups serve as a physical extension of our mission.We are currently looking for Retail Associates to join us on a project basis to assist at pop-up stores, exhibitions, concerts, and festivals. Ideal Start Date: We will be at variety of fairs and popups from April onwards. Successful applicants will be contacted mid-Feb 2025 for interviews. As a Retail Associate, you will play a vital role in promoting an #intuitivelifestyle. We pay hourly for any events, gigs, festivals, or exhibitions you join us at.Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, delivering a personalised and memorable shopping experienceEducate customers about our luxury wellbeing products, including their features, benefits, and proper usageAssist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferencesMaintain a clean and organised retail store environment to create an inviting atmosphere for customersProcess sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and discountsMaintain an organised and appealing store display, ensuring products are accurately priced and stockedGenerate leads and build relationships with potential customers, promoting the Grounded 1002 brandConduct product demonstrations and educate customers about the benefits of our productsKeep track of FAQs, feedback, and customer insights to help us improveAfter the retail events, collaborate with the CEO, Sales Advisor, and freelancers to develop and implement sales strategies and initiativesStay up-to-date with current industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to provide accurate information and recommendations to customersRequirements

High school diploma or equivalent1+ year of retail sales experience, preferably in the health, wellness, or hospitality industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for health, wellness, and providing exceptional customer serviceHigh level of professionalism with colleagues and customersAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectivelyDetail-oriented with excellent organisational skillsProficient in using point-of-sale systems and handling cash transactionsFlexibility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be okay standing for 7+ hoursMust be okay lifting products, cleaning, setting up retail displaysExperience in visual merchandising is a plusKnowing languages in addition to English is a plusBenefits
