Your new company A well-established social housing provider is seeking an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join their Repairs and Maintenance service on a temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering a responsive repairs service, leading a team of operatives and ensuring residents receive a high-quality customer experience.Your new role As a Repairs Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of maintenance operatives, ensuring repairs and maintenance works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will lead on workforce planning, performance management, health and safety compliance, productivity and customer satisfaction. Working closely with operational teams, you will monitor KPIs, manage work in progress, oversee quality standards and support continuous service improvement.
