Scout Recruiting are looking for an experienced and motivated Student Recruitment and IAG Team Leader to lead and inspire our client s recruitment officers and reception team. This is a hands-on role where you ll ensure exceptional customer service, manage the allocation of support resources, and oversee smooth administration processes across their business. You ll coordinate recruitment activities, monitor enquiries, manage staff performance, and support recruitment events, ensuring the team delivers an outstanding experience to all customers and internal stakeholders. This is a full-time permanent role 37 hours a week. Salary is Circa £31,000 plus excellent non salaried benefits.
