Reporting to the EMEA Finance Director, you''ll take ownership of core finance operations while helping shape a stronger, scalable finance function across the region. What you''ll do Lead and develop a high-performing finance team across transactional finance and financial accounting. Own month-end reporting, management accounts, forecasting and financial controls. Provide meaningful commercial insight into margins, working capital and cash. Take a hands-on role in improving controls, costing and root-cause analysis. Support the integration of a European entity into the EMEA structure. Help build a finance function capable of supporting future acquisitions and growth. Partner closely with the Finance Director, senior leadership and international stakeholders. Drive process improvements and strengthen reporting, controls and systems. What you''ll bring ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified. Strong post-qualified experience within a Finance Manager / senior finance role. Experience managing and developing a finance team.
