Ensuring monthly balance sheet reconciliation are completed monthly and reviewed in detail.Lead and deliver the statutory audit and tax compliance processes. Ensuring the suitable financial controls and procedures are maintained throughout the year.Lead on process and procedural improvements, ensuring the team adopt a continuous improvement mindset,Enhance process systemisation/automation opportunities to reduce the impact of high transactions on team work load and priorities.Line management responsibilities to junior members of th
