The role is responsible for ensuring the timely supply of materials to production, the safe storage and handling of stock, and the maintenance of high standards of food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and housekeeping.Key Responsibilities1. Forklift Truck Operations- Safely operate a counterbalance forklift truck in accordance with site procedures and health and safety requirements.- Load and unload incoming and outgoing vehicles, ensuring goods are handled safely and correctly.- Move raw materials, packaging, pallets and finished products between warehouse, production and dispatch areas.- Replenish production lines with the materials required to maintain continuous production.- Transfer finished goods from production to designated storage areas.- Stack and store goods safely, ensuring correct use of racking and designated storage locations.- Complete daily pre-use forklift inspections and report any defects ..... full job details .....
