Role PurposeThey are looking for a proactive and organised individual to support their Head of Recoveries with administrative duties, case management and day to day operational tasks. You''ll help keep everything running smoothly, from tracking cases and managing reminders to coordinating with colleagues and third parties, ensuring efficient collection processes.ResponsibilitiesKeep accurate records of all recovery casesCarry out regular case reviews to check progress and flag any issuesManage and action the company reminder system for upcoming payments and follow-upsUpdate the system with communication, correspondence and developmentsOrganise documents relating to debtors, legal actions and insolvency mattersSend monthly invoices and statementsTrack payment plans, follow up on missed or upcoming payments and monitor outstanding balancesDraft and send routine recovery emails or lettersHandle incoming emails, calls and letters relating to recovery mattersLiaise with solicitors, insolvency practitioners, debtors and third parties as requiredAssist with security checksKeep track of insolvency casesHelp with claim submissions and document preparationMonitor updates from the Insolvency Service and insolvency practitionersHighlight risks or opportunities to the Head of RecoveriesSkills and Experience Str
