Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Content and Operations Coordinator to support the ongoing management of our global eCommerce stores. This role is focused on content maintenance and operational tasks across multiple Shopify storefronts, including the UK, USA, Germany, and EU sites.Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update content across four Shopify stores (UK, USA, Germany, EU)Build and manage content pages and collections to ensure consistency and accuracy across platformsSupport global trading initiatives by ensuring timely updates and content alignmentCollaborate with internal teams to execute operational tasks efficientlyEnsure smooth functioning of the Shopify platform and troubleshoot basic issuesWork in-house three days a weekRequirements

Experience working with Shopify (preferred)Strong attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks across different regional storefrontsComfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentAvailability to work in-house on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with flexibility on other daysIf you\''re keen on applying please contact fbruell@welovesalt.com
