The role is primarily site-based, with some flexibility for hybrid working.Key responsibilities will include:Managing and producing monthly applications for paymentAdministering and managing change control under NEC contractsPreparing cost reports, forecasts, and internal commercial reportingSupporting the identification, assessment, and agreement of variations and compensation eventsManaging subcontract procurement, commercial administration, and paymentsProviding commercial and contractual advice to project and senior management teamsEnsuring compliance with internal commercial procedures and contract requirementsWhat you''ll need to succeedA recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial ManagementStrong experience working under NEC contracts on large civil engineering or infrastructure projectsProven ability to manage subcontractors
