The role also includes providing financial guidance to senior stakeholders and supporting day-to-day financial operations. Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organisation''s mission and long-term objectivesLead day-to-day financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reportingOversee treasury and investment activities, including working with external advisors to maximise ethical and responsible investment returnsProvide financial analysis and advice to senior leaders and trustee boardsManage and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of excellence and accountabilityEnsure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal policiesOversee risk management, including maintaining a financial risk register and supporting audit processesProvide guidance and training to operational teams to strengthen financial awareness and compliance
