This is a key leadership role within the organisation, offering the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making and drive financial performance.The successful Head of Financial Planning and Analysis candidate will be based at the organisation''s Sheffield headquarters, with the flexibility of hybrid working. You will lead a finance team of 20, including five direct reports, and take ownership of all FPandA activity, including forecasting, budgeting, pricing strategy, and financial modelling. You will also play a critical role in supporting operational and commercial decision-making across the charity.
