This role will suit a delivery-focused professional with a strong background in groundworks, highways, and haulage roads, and a proven track record of managing self-delivered works on complex infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for project execution, ensuring programmes are met, commercial performance is maintained, and works are delivered safely and to specification. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of heavy civils packages including bulk earthworks, deep drainage, reinforced concrete structures, road construction, and associated infrastructure. Manage significant self-delivery operations, including direct labour, plant, and in-house resources. Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, ensuring critical milestones and deadlines are achieved. Oversee site-based teams including Site Agents, Engineers, Forepersons, and subcontractors. Ensure all works are delivered in line with technical specifications, design drawings, and quality standards.
