Our client is seeking a Senior QS to join their team with the specifics of managing a team of commercial admins, being their point of contact for help and guidance.

You will also be expected to host a good working relationship with our clients, and liaising between the client and the team.

Hybrid working available with 3-4 days per week in the office or on site and 1-2 days per week working from home.


The Role
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll:
• Lead commercial management to achieve P&L targets and drive efficiencies.
• Mentor and develop your team to enhance their performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure contract retention.
• Prepare detailed monthly commercial reports for review.
• Support the tendering process for new business opportunities.
