You will be carrying out repairs and maintenance in tenanted properties, covering a wide range of work including kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, painting, patch plastering, basic plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.Key Responsibilities:Carry out repairs and maintenance in occupied properties safely and efficientlyComplete work to a high standard across various trades including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, and plasteringMaintain a professional and courteous approach when working in tenants'' homesUse company tools, van, and fuel card responsiblyReport any issues or further works needed to your supervisorRequirements:Proven experience as a multi-trade operative or carpenterAbility to work across a variety of trades (carpentry, basic plumbing, tiling, painting, plastering)Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityExcellent communication skills and professional attitudeFull UK driving licenceBenefits:Competitive salary of £36,000 per year23 days annual leaveCompany van and fuel cardPermanent full-time position with a supportive team environment
