IT Support Engineer 2nd/3rd line engineer to support a broad range of IT issues An engaging mix of BAU support and project work Office365, Azure, InTune, Windows A client we have a great relationship with in Salisbury are looking to add a talented IT Support engineer to their existing team of 8 people. As an IT Support engineer you will face be customer facing dealing with both ongoing support and project work for their customers. They are a full-service consultancy so offer a broad range of support including networking, cloud infrastructure, Desktop setup, Cyber security and much more meaning this role will be varied and suits a strong all-rounder.If you enjoy varying your knowledge in IT and want to be exposed to multiple different areas of support, then this could be the perfect role for you. Key skills:Strong experience with MS Office 365 and Azure AD administrationDesktop support and deployment experience (Windows10/11)Knowledge of cloud support - Azure and/or AWSExperience in network support and deployment (Routing, switching, VPNs, firewalls)Windows server system administrationExperience setting up desktop infrastructureExcellent customer service and communication skillsFull UK Driving licenseBeneficial skills:Experience in an MSP/Consultancy environmentVM-Ware and Hyper-V administration and troubleshootingSoftware/application support experienceExperience with project work or data migrationsAble to work in a fast-paced environment and monitor time spent on each task
