We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager for an exciting commercial project in Leeds, offering 12 months of work for the right candidate.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable Mechanical Site Manager to join a commercial project and oversee the delivery of mechanical services on site from installation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day mechanical site operations and installation works.

• Supervising mechanical subcontractors and site operatives.

• Coordinating mechanical services with other trades and site management teams.

• Ensuring all works are completed in line with project specifications, drawings, and programmes.

• Maintaining high standards of health and safety, quality control, and workmanship.

• Monitoring progress and reporting updates to the project management team.

• Managing site documentation, inspections, and commissioning activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Site Manager on commercial projects.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services, including HVAC and pipework.

• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities effectively.

• Good communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

• Relevant mechanical qualifications and site certifications.
