Working closely with the People and Culture Business Partner, you ll provide coordination and administrative support across the employee lifecycle. As People and Culture Coordinator you will be: Acting as a first point of contact for routine employee queries and escalating more complex matters when appropriate. Supporting employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing and culture initiatives. Coordinating onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and employee communications. Supporting compliance activity, reporting and the administration of People and Culture policies and processes. Providing administrative support for employee relations matters, including documentation, meeting coordination and follow-up. Carrying out and recording probation check-ins with employees and line managers. Coordinating absence management processes, maintaining records and supporting return-to-work activity.
