You will remain actively involved in maintenance and engineering activities while overseeing a small team of engineers, ensuring the smooth running of production operations and driving continuous improvement across the site.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, and support a small team of maintenance engineers.- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a range of production and packaging equipment.- Ensure engineering activities are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.- Assist with fault finding and problem-solving on mechanical and electrical systems.- Support continuous improvement initiatives to maximise equipment reliability and plant performance.- Coordinate engineering workloads and prioritise maintenance activities.- Ensure accurate maintenance records are maintained through the CMMS system.- Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime and improve operational efficiency.Requirements:- Right to work in the UK- Recognised engineering qualification.
