Essential skills Time served apprentice Minimum 5 years aerospace experience Must be competent at programming/editing NC programs Ability to read and follow aerospace protocols and achieve/maintain high levels of quality Ability to set and run CNC turning centres Ability to work unsupervised Proven history of working within a busy sub-contract machine shop environment. Self-motivated Flexibility Ensure all parts produced meet drawing requirements Complete check sheets as Quality record Complete OEE sheets to aid continuous improvement Prevention of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) contamination Create/update set up sheets as required
