Following recent expansion, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Paint Sprayer to join their team.About the RoleAs a Production Paint Sprayer, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process by delivering high-quality finishes on a range of fabricated components and machinery. You''ll be working to engineers'' drawings and production schedules in a fast-paced environment, with occasional one-off and pre-production tasks.Key Responsibilities:Perform production spraying to engineering specifications.Set up and operate spray equipment.Work to production deadlines with minimal supervision.Prepare surfaces using orbital sanders and fillers as required.Maintain a clean and safe working environment.Self-inspect work to ensure high quality standards.Communicate effectively with the Team Leader regarding any issues affecting quality, safety, or machinery.Essential:Good understanding of industrial spray-painting processes.Ability to work to technical drawings and specifications.Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Willingness to co
