Those with a background in facilities maintenance would be high advantageous. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction and maintenance projects, analysing project plans, specifications, and requirements to determine overall costs including materials, labour, equipment, and subcontractor expenses. You will also oversee the project lifecycle from start to completion, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout.
