Commercial Property Solicitor

to join their busy Commercial Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least

2 years'' PQE

to work on a wide range of commercial property matters for small and medium-sized businesses, while developing your career in a supportive and professional team.Responsibilities

Buying and selling

freehold and leasehold business premisesAdvising

landlords and tenants

on new leases and lease renewals (including

Landlord and Tenant Act 1954

matters)Drafting and managing lease documentation such as

licences to assign, sublet, and alterActing on acquisitions and sales of

commercial investment propertiesAdvising on

commercial property finance

and auction transactionsManaging

own caseload

and supervising junior colleagues where appropriateEnsuring compliance with firm procedures, risk management, and file management protocolsWorking collaboratively in a

team-oriented environmentQualifications

Qualified

Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalentMinimum 2 years'' PQE

in commercial property lawSome experience in

residential conveyancing

desirableAbility to

manage own caseload effectivelyStrong IT skills and competent in

case management systemsExcellent

communication and client care skillsCommercially aware, proactive, and a team playerBenefits
