Our client specialises in environmentally sustainable landscaping solutions for major projects, utilising revolutionary innovations in eco-construction.

They are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor or experienced AQS looking to step up, with previous landscaping experience.

Quantity Surveyor roles and responsibilities:

• Day to day commercial administration of the projects &/or packages, through to Final Accounts.
• Undertaking and CE''s and EW''s
• Reviewing progress on site in line with commercials and programme.
• Responsible for monitoring, forecasting and reporting on budgets and costs against programme and producing CVR''s.
• Attending client and project progress meetings.

Quantity Surveyor requirements:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification and relevant experience.
• Circa 5+ years'' construction industry experience, with previous landscaping experience.
• Experience of commercially managing projects through to Final Accounts
• Able to undertake accurate take-off''s and remeasurements for landscaping works.
