CF11 BACKGROUND As a Lead Delivery Manager, you will be accountable for the effective delivery of complex, high risk products, projects and services. You will have a high standard of previous experience managing a range of products, projects and services and have responsibility and accountability as the main point of escalation. The Lead Delivery Manager will have strong communication skills and be able to engage with a variety of stakeholders. You will be required to coach and mentor senior delivery managers and other team members DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Expertly coach and lead teams in Agile and Lean practices and act as a recognised expert and advocate for the approaches, continuously reflecting and challenging the team. Create or tailor new ways of working and constantly innovate. Coach, train and mentor other teams as the central point of expertise. Apply highly developed specialist knowledge across a range of work procedures and practices, underpinning theoretical knowledge and relevant practical experience. Line manages the scrum team.
