This role offers the chance to work across the full spectrum of statutory children''s services, ensuring no two days are the same.Key Areas of Practice:Child Protection: Conducting risk assessments and implementing robust safety plans for children at risk.Looked After at Home: Supporting children and families where the child remains at home under a Supervision Requirement, focusing on family preservation and positive outcomes.Permanence: Driving long-term planning for children who require stable, alternative care arrangements.What We Are Looking ForAvailability: Due to the demands of the current service, we require full-time hours only.
