We are working with a reputable client based in Wellingborough (NN8) who require a

Production Supervisor to join their team.

The position is a permanent role paying £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (DOE)

Working Hours: 

Monday - Friday: Day Shift (37.5 hours per week)

33 days holiday (including bank holidays) 

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Production Supervisor within a manufacturing environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production policies and procedures
• Establish priorities to ensure the production team are working efficiently
• Report KPI’s to Senior Management 
• Check manufacturing equipment to ensure working order and that            constant workflow is maintained
• Ensure staff adhere to Health,Safety and Quality processes
• Quality check products before distribution to customers

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Previous production supervisory experience
• Minimum of 3 years experience within a similar environment
