What you''ll need to succeed Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).Experience teaching within Early Years, ideally in a Reception setting.Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and early childhood pedagogy.A caring, enthusiastic teaching style with excellent communication skills.A passion for delivering outstanding early learning experiences.
