About the Role We are recruiting enthusiastic and resilient Supply Teachers to cover classes across all key stages and subjects in secondary schools throughout Lancashire. This role offers flexible working-from daily cover to long-term assignments-allowing you to balance your professional and personal life.We are specifically seeking teachers with an understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and experience in supporting students with complex requirements:Delivering planned lessons and managing classroom behaviour effectively.Understanding and implementing strategies outlined in Individual Education Plans (IEPs).Supporting the needs of students with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).Providing tailored support, including 1:1 and 2:1 ratios when required.Experience working with students with conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is highly valued.
