Key Responsibilities CNC Turner / Mazak Programmer Set and operate Mazak CNC lathes (Quick Turn and Nexus series) Program and edit using Mazatrol controls Interpret detailed engineering drawings and GDandT specifications Conduct first-off inspections and maintain strict quality standards Optimise tooling, cutting parameters, and machining efficiency Work collaboratively with production and quality teams Maintain high standards of health and safety and 5S workplace organisation Essential Skills and Experience Required Proven experience as a CNC Turner in aerospace or precision engineering Strong Mazatrol programming and multi-axis machining capability Knowledge of AS9100D and ISO 9001 quality standards Confident using precision measuring equipment: Micrometres Vernier callipers CMM equipment Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced engineering team
