You ll manage enquiries, build relationships, prepare quotes, and guide clients through the entire process with care, professionalism, and attention to detail.You ll be working in a close-knit team that takes pride in delivering a personalised, premium experience.Responsibilities include:Managing inbound sales and purchase enquiriesPreparing detailed, tailored quotationsAdvising clients on suitable timepieces based on their needs and preferencesFollowing up leads and maintaining strong conversion ratesOrganising appointments and viewingsMaintaining accurate CRM
