London

in a satellite office, you will handle London and the surrounding Home Counties. Role will involve travel to meet new clients, manage existing projects and close off tasks as they arise. The Head Office is on the South Coast, so management meetings are face to face.

Responsibilities

Meet and Greet – Business Development

Handling commercial and contract performance

Letting of contracts

Ensuring budget, quality and program meet client''s needs

Snagging, handover and successful final account

Qualifications / CriteriaClient is looking for someone that fits the following criteria.

Able to think on your feet and multi task

Confident and client facing

Communication skills – Do you have the soft as well as hard communication skills to win over and influence

What is on offer

Basic Salary Range of 155,000

– Dependent upon experience

As a

Project Director , you will be expected to drive all aspects from start to finish and manage projects with lean teams in a fast-paced environment, adding value by seeing the wood through the trees. You will manage the A–Z to limit risk on projects ranging from 100k to 6 Million. The work is not always iconic, but it makes a difference to local communities across Residential, Education and Healthcare sectors. You will manage risk and issues through skilled management and awareness of your people on site.
