With a collaborative culture and a commitment to strong governance, the organisation is investing in its risk management capability and is seeking an experienced Operational Risk Manager to provide interim support on a week-to-week contract basis. The role is focused on delivering key operational risk and governance projects during a busy period of change. Ideally, the successful candidate will be based in Glasgow on a hybrid basis with two days per week in the office. However, candidates with strong financial services experience, particularly within insurance, will also be considered on a predominantly remote basis. Your new role As Operational Risk Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the Governance team, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business to identify, assess, monitor and manage operational risks. You will support the continued development of a robust risk culture by ensuring effective risk assessment, reporting, control testing and mitigation activities are embedded throughout the organisation.
