Our client, a well-established legal practice in East Belfast, is seeking a professional and highly organised Legal Secretary or an experienced Administrator/PA interested in developing their career within a legal environment. This is a fully office-based role, providing vital support to solicitors and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.Key ResponsibilitiesTranscribing legal dictation and audio typing with accuracy and attention to detailPreparing, formatting, and managing legal correspondence and documentsApplying for property certificates and conducting property searchesUsing the Landweb portal and SDLT systemsProviding comprehensive administrative support to solicitors, including diary and case managementMaintaining organised electronic and paper filing systemsAssisting with client queries and providing excellent client careUsing IT systems to update databases and maintain accurate recordsConfident use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookCriteriaPrevious experience as a Legal Secretary is ideal, but we also welcome strong Administrators and PAs with excellent organisational skills and a willingness to learnStrong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive informationExcellent communication skills and a proactive, professional approachAbility to work efficiently in a busy office environmentPlease send CV via the apply link Brook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
