We provide advice on all aspects of general commercial property including investment, restructuring, development, acquisitions, disposals, corporate occupiers, PPP, corporate support work and real estate finance. Role-specific:

Broad range of transactional real estate work including investment, restructuring, development, acquisitions, disposals, corporate support work and real estate finance.Delivery and supervision:

Manage work to optimise utilisation; assist senior lawyers as required; lead matters where appropriate; delegate and provide feedback to juniors; communicate progress; manage the billing process as appropriate.Client relationships:

Develop and strengthen client relationships by anticipating needs and providing prompt updates.Firm-wide contributions:

Support the firm and colleagues, uphold values, participate in CSR and diversity initiatives, mentor juniors, engage with external bodies, and assist with training and precedents.Risk and governance:

Ensure compliance with risk requirements, firm policies and professional responsibilities; contribute to billing, engagement and client acceptance processes.Qualifications, skills and experience

Excellent academicsSignificant post-qualification transactional real estate experience at Mid-Senior Associate level (roughly 4+ years PQE, but flexible for suitable candidates)Extensive experience across real estate development, investment, acquisitions and disposalsAdmitted to practice in England and Wales or have recent transactional experience within the jurisdictionSolid knowledge of the relevant area of law and industry sectorsStrong drafting, negotiation and project management skills; people-management and business development capabilitiesGood understanding of law firm profitability and ability to help manage costs and budgetsWorking pattern / location
