Technical Services Manager Location: Central London Salary: Up to 90,000 + Package Sector: Main Contracting New Build and Refurbishment The Opportunity A growing, family-owned main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Technical Services Manager to join its team. Working across a varied portfolio of new-build and refurbishment projects, valued up to 30m, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the technical services elements of projects from pre-construction through to delivery. The Role Manage and coordinate all technical services aspects of projects. Oversee MandE design, coordination and installation. Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and project teams. Ensure technical compliance, quality and programme requirements are met. Identify and resolve technical issues throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Previous experience as a Technical Services Manager within a main contractor. Strong knowledge of MandE services and technical coordination.
