Passive Fire Protection projects across housing, healthcare, education and major commercial frameworks. Role OverviewThe successful candidate will support the Commercial and Operations teams to ensure the successful financial delivery of projects. The role will involve both office-based duties and site visits,Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Estimators during the tender process, including support with tender negotiationsPrepare and analyse project costings for tenders (materials, quantities, labour, time)Negotiate contracts and work schedulesMonitor subcontractor paymentsManage all matters relating to project costs and valuationsProvide cash flow forecastsMonitor site progress against programme and highlight potential issuesIdentify and manage commercial risksSubmit monthly valuationsMonitor payments from main contractorsWork closely with Operations and Commercial teams to ensure successful project deliveryAllocate work on site and oversee progress at all stagesAdvise on procurement strategy and schedulingProvide advice on contractual claims and disputesAnalyse project outcomes and produce progress reportsFinal account agreement Candidate RequirementsHND, BSc or MSc in Quantity SurveyingStrong commercial awarenessExcellent negotiation and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsP
