Receiving and ordering productMaking prep recipes and menu products to specProperly labeling, dating, covering and refrigerating prepped items for the linePerforming opening, closing and side duties – setting up, stocking, and breaking down all kitchen equipment and prep, line, expo stationsMaintaining a clean and organized kitchen, line, expo, dish room and back dockCleaning dishes and operating a dish machinePracticing safety and sanitation standardsHaving a sense of urgencyStocking productsRecycling productsProperly reading items printed on order tickets or automated Kitchen Display SystemAssembling orders - double checking product quality and specsDemonstrating impeccable product knowledgeInvolved in handling all re-cook, special prep, long ticket, large party/voucher group proceduresRunning food as neededCommunicating professionally with co-workers and Front-of-the-House staffActing as a liaison between the Heart-of-the-House and Front-of-the-House staffJob Requirements Include
