HR Business Partner
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to lead the HR relationship with designated directorates within Westminster City Council. This is a strategic role, partnering with senior leaders to drive effective people management and organisational change. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on complex staffing matters and supporting transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Coach and guide senior leaders on people management issues and best practice. Advise on complex staffing matters, ensuring positive outcomes prior to formal action. Support organisational change, including restructures and workforce planning. Provide strategic HR advice aligned with employment law and council policies. Champion Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) across all HR activities.Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience operating at a strategic HR level within large organisations. Strong background in coaching managers and influencing senior stakeholders. Expertise in organisational change and restructures. In-depth knowledge of employment law and emerging trends. CIPD qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience. Commitment to EDI and delivering through others. Working Pattern: Hybrid working (on-site presence required as needed).
