The Role Assemble mechanical and electrical components by following clear work instructions. Use hand tools and specialist assembly equipment (full training provided). Carry out basic quality checks to ensure products meet high standards. Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment. Learn new manufacturing processes and techniques from experienced colleagues. About You Practical and enjoys building, fixing or making things. Quick to learn with a positive, can-do attitude. Excellent attention to detail and good manual dexterity. Takes pride in producing high-quality work. Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Desirable Experience using hand tools through work, education or personal projects. An interest in engineering, manufacturing, automotive, electronics or mechanics. Engineering Apprenticeship, BTEC, NVQ, T Level or similar practical qualification.
