Overview

You will work as part of an integrated 0-25 team and will be required to support the full delivery of the Healthy Child Programme. Support the full delivery of the Healthy Child Programme.Support the universal partnership and partnership plus families.Work closely with commissioners and partners to deliver the best possible services for the children, young people and families.Demonstrate enthusiasm and forward thinking in helping to make a real difference to children and their families; responsibilities will include public health and safeguarding.Possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Have an in-depth knowledge of the current health agenda relating to children''s services.Qualifications and requirements

Applications welcome from experienced nurses; some previous experience of working within a community environment would be beneficial.Preceptorship programme in place with support from manager and colleagues; opportunities for personal and professional development; regular appraisal and safeguarding supervision.Reference information: ensure referees can verify employment/education history over the last three years and include valid business email addresses; the Trust will not accept personal references from friends or family.English language requirement: in order to comply with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016, provide evidence of English language ability or demonstrate how you meet the requirement if you have not studied at an English-speaking institute.Flexible working: the Trust values flexible working to support staff and the delivery of services.Trust information and equality statements are included in the original description and are retained where relevant in this refined version.
