Workday Financial Consultant (Prism Analytics)
12-Month Contract | London (Hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced Workday Financial Consultant with strong Prism Analytics expertise to join a large-scale finance transformation programme for a leading enterprise organisation.
This is a high-profile engagement where you will play a key role in enhancing financial reporting, analytics, and decision-making capabilities across the Workday Financials platform.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of Workday Financials solutions.
• Develop and maintain Prism Analytics data sets, pipelines, and dashboards.
• Partner with finance stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements.
• Deliver advanced reporting and analytics solutions within the Workday ecosystem.
• Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting initiatives.
• Conduct workshops and provide subject matter expertise on Workday Financials best practices.
• Collaborate with technical and integration teams to ensure accurate data flows into Prism.
• Support testing phases including SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.

• Proven experience delivering multiple Workday Financials implementations or optimisation projects.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Workday Prism Analytics.
• Deep understanding of Workday Financial Management modules.
• Experience creating complex reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with senior finance leadership.
• Experience working within large enterprise or transformation environments.

• Workday Pro certification(s).
• Experience within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or Asset Management sectors.
• Knowledge of Workday Reporting, Adaptive Planning, or Accounting Center.
• Experience with data modelling, ETL processes, and analytics platforms.
