About the Job This is a temporary, part-time Accounts Assistant opportunity within a busy finance team. The role provides varied exposure across transactional accounting, invoicing, reporting and financial analysis. Duties will include: Managing supplier invoices from receipt through to coding and approval. Reviewing and ensuring costs are correctly assigned to customer accounts. Raising customer invoices for services and associated charges. Preparing additional invoices and credit notes where required. Managing weekly sales reporting and supporting related finance activities. Investigating and resolving supplier, customer and account queries. Maintaining financial schedules, reconciliations and supporting analysis. Helping to keep finance systems and accounting records accurate and up to date. Providing support and cover across the wider finance team when required. Contributing to improvements in finance processes and ways of working.
