Start Date: Janaury or sooner Contract Type: Temp to Perm The Role Exclusive Education are looking to recruit a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support at a welcoming secondary school in the Bolton area. Role and Responsibilities Support teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4 in a range of subjects Work alongside teachers to support lesson delivery and classroom activities Deliver targeted interventions and small group sessions to support student progress Provide one-to-one support for students where required, including those with additional needs Assist with preparation of classroom resources and learning materials Promote positive behaviour and support classroom management strategies Monitor and report on student progress to teaching staff Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment Requirements HLTA or Level 3 TA Qualification Experience supporting students across KS3 and KS4 is ideal but primary or other settings are accepted Good understanding of classroom practices and behaviour management A proactive, flexible, and supportive approach An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Apply Today If you are a dedicated HLTA looking for a rewarding temp-to-perm role in Bolton starting in September (or sooner), we would love to hear from you.
