IT Support Technician - IT Infrastructure Support AnalystOur client, a multi-national organisation with its headquarters in west central London, is looking to recruit the services of an IT Support Technician. You will be responsible for day to day oversight and administration of our client''s infrastructure and the third party providers that deliver support for the physical and virtualised infrastructure.Responsible include:Systems Administration - Deployment, installation and ongoing support of computer hardware and software.Support - 1st / 2nd line support reference for employees in the corporate office and internationally.Education - Participate in user IT education and awareness programs and initiatives.Project Delivery - Support IT management in the delivery of new systems and projects to enhance the infrastructure.
