Main Purpose of the Role As the Sales Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strategically important customer accounts, ensuring strong client relationships are maintained while driving business growth through account retention, upselling and new opportunities. You will act as the key point of contact between customers and internal departments, ensuring service delivery meets customer expectations and business objectives. The role involves regular travel throughout the UK and Ireland, with occasional overseas travel.
