This role is ideal for a detail-driven QA/QC professional who takes pride in delivering right-first-time installations, ensuring systems are handed over safely, compliantly, and snag-free. You''ll play a key role in protecting quality standards from construction through testing, inspection, and final handover. The Role As Construction QA/QC Engineer, you''ll take ownership of quality across your allocated electrical scope, working closely with construction, commissioning, and client teams. You''ll ensure installations meet project specifications, industry standards, and client expectations supporting a smooth and successful turnover process. Key Responsibilities Carry out routine inspections to verify the quality of electrical installations Take full ownership of snagging activities, including scheduled walkdowns, surveillances, and observations Critique installations to ensure client walkdowns are snag-free Deliver and sign off First-of-a-Kind (FOAK) installations and processes Manage document control for construction drawings, schedules, and specifications Act as QA owner
